Aesthetic Territory Manager Job Description

At SMR Group Ltd, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Aesthetic Territory Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the aesthetic market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly sales objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Provide market insights and feedback to sales and marketing management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of account management experience in the pharmaceutical, device, or healthcare industry
  • Documented track record of exceeding sales objectives
  • Consultative sales training and experience
  • Ability to travel and work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in medical aesthetics, working in dermatology or plastic surgery
  • New product launch experience and knowledge of the aesthetic category
  • Experience in buy and bill or cash pay medicine
