Territory Sales Manager Job Description

The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for sales, operations, and profitability of a branch to meet financial and company objectives. This role involves managing sales force in expanding market penetration, ensuring timely product delivery, and proper merchandising of Keurig Dr Pepper brands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teach, train, and coach branch leadership in sales, marketing, profit growth, and market share.
  • Foster professional business relationships with all levels of management.
  • Develop and grow working/business relationships with major chain customers.
  • Provide strong customer management.
  • Meet monthly sales targets and income goals.
  • Maintain expenses within forecasted levels.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred.
  • 3 years consumer products sales experience in progressively responsible positions.
  • 2 years previous management/supervisory experience.
  • Valid driver's license.
