Role Summary:

Reporting directly to the leadership of Hospital and Ancillary Relations, the Project Manager will take charge of executing strategic initiatives, overseeing projects, and managing critical activities within the department. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of objectives and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and supervise the implementation of strategic initiatives within Hospital and Ancillary Relations, working alongside program managers and department leadership.
  2. Provide comprehensive project management support to ensure timely completion of projects, adhering to budgetary constraints and stakeholder satisfaction.
  3. Collaborate with various teams across the organization to gather essential input and requirements for effective strategy execution.
  4. Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures by coordinating with key stakeholders in the organization.
  5. Act as a primary liaison among staff, administrators, and external organizations, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
  6. Serve as the subject matter expert in project development and program management, facilitating interdepartmental cooperation.
  7. Establish program goals, objectives, and financial requirements, while developing quality indicators to ensure adherence to standards.
  8. Implement a standardized process for managing contracts within the Hospital and Ancillary Relations department.
  9. Ensure timely submission of reports and materials to relevant committees by coordinating with leadership and program managers.
  10. Support strategic planning efforts and overall program management.
  11. Perform additional duties as necessary to meet departmental objectives.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of five years of experience in a managed care setting, with a proven track record in managing complex projects.
  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required.
  • Certification in project management or related fields is required within one year of hire.
