Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project teams in the planning, design, and implementation of civil engineering projects.
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.

  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
Requirements
  • Accredited degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 11 years of experience in civil engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Ability to travel to project sites and client locations.
  • Proficiency in BIM software tools and techniques.
  • Experience working with local public transportation clients in Southern California.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Masters degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Experience with project management software and tools.
  • Certifications in project management, leadership, or engineering.
