Your Role
As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that payroll disbursements reach our clients accurately and punctually. You will be responsible for reviewing and preparing paycheck packages for dispatch, guaranteeing their timely arrival. Your duties will include receiving shipments and managing supplies for packaging, as well as utilizing advanced technology systems to organize and expedite orders. Working collaboratively with fellow specialists, your responsibilities will vary daily, providing you with diverse experiences and ownership in different stages of payroll distribution.

  • Compile reports and checks from printing services.
  • Adhere to client specifications and prepare information in a professional format.
  • Maintain accurate records and manifests of all packaged items.
  • Oversee FedEx/USPS operational systems.
  • Assist the payroll specialist team with delivery directives as necessary.
  • Willingness to work overtime during peak periods.
  • Support various ad hoc projects essential to our organizational success.
  • Engage in activities that may require prolonged standing or walking within the distribution center.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
  • Proficient in handling confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, adaptability, and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic computer proficiency is essential.
  • High energy and activity level; the role involves standing or moving throughout the shift.
  • A collaborative team player who is supportive and helpful to colleagues and clients.
