Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze daily inbound appointment logs and open order reports
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound schedules to achieve customer service metrics
  • Assess staffing requirements based on workload and schedules
  • Delegate tasks to team members according to shipping timelines
  • Revise operational protocols and relay them to warehouse staff
  • Monitor productivity and performance levels
  • Collaborate with Inventory Control to ensure inventory accuracy
  • Oversee departmental payroll
  • Guide employees on proper item handling procedures
  • Address discrepancies between inventory records and stock control
  • Develop work schedules and enhance workflow efficiency
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations
  • Resolve employee grievances and foster a positive work atmosphere

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred

Compensation:

Expected starting salary range: $55,000-$67,000. Final compensation will be determined based on market conditions and location.
