We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Specialist to join our team at Quantum Ventures. As a Logistics Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the flow of goods, materials, and information within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage just-in-time inventory levels to ensure efficient supply chain operations
  • Negotiate with freight companies to secure optimal shipping rates and schedules
  • Create customs documents and handle internal orders
  • Manage inventory levels and optimize storage capacity
  • Plan, organize, and optimize logistical processes for material and information flows
  • Manage the increasing variety of incoming and outgoing products and raw materials in our logistics center
  • Receive goods in the warehouse, handle and control inventory, pick and consolidate orders, select and implement packaging, and ship goods
  • Organize and execute both internal and external transportation
  • Analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Three-year training program in material management and logistics
