As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that payroll disbursements reach our clients efficiently and accurately. Your responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing and preparing paycheck packages for distribution.
- Coordinating the receipt of deliveries and managing supplies for packaging.
- Utilizing advanced technology systems to organize and expedite orders.
- Collaborating with fellow specialists to rotate responsibilities and enhance workflow.
- Collecting reports and checks from printing sources.
- Adhering to client specifications to prepare materials in a professional manner.
- Maintaining accurate records and manifests of all packaged items.
- Operating FedEx/USPS systems effectively.
- Assisting the payroll team with delivery protocols as necessary.
- Willingness to work overtime during peak periods.
- Supporting various projects that are vital to our operational success.
- Engaging in tasks that require standing or moving throughout the distribution area.
- High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
- Proficiency in handling confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, adaptability, and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer skills are essential.
