- Offer guidance and support to both managers and staff on HR-related issues.

- Formulate and execute HR strategies and initiatives that align with the broader business objectives.
- Conduct exit interviews and provide insights for ongoing improvements.
- Safeguard the confidentiality of sensitive HR information.
- Oversee Performance Appraisals and Management by Objectives.
- Coordinate employee recognition and engagement programs.
- Propose innovative strategies and policies for continuous enhancement.
- Manage employee discipline and terminations in accordance with company guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Facilitate training sessions regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Equip managers with tools to ensure consistent recruitment and hiring practices.
- Regularly update job descriptions to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Develop a compensation framework for all employees based on market analysis.
- Prepare HR-related documentation.
- Regularly update and manage employee files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Administer employee benefits programs and communicate benefits information to staff.
- Oversee all leave of absence requests and workers' compensation claims.
- Ensure posting of all Federal/State Laws and OSHA information.
- Maintain a tidy and organized workspace.
- Assist in organizing various company events.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
- A minimum of five to seven years of relevant experience is necessary.
- Preferred certifications include PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, and SHRM-SCP.
- Extended periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
- May require occasional travel to other locations.
