We are seeking dedicated professionals to provide exceptional emergency medical services.

Job Type: Full Time, Part Time, PRN

The EMT-B, AEMT, or Paramedic will respond to both emergency and non-emergency ambulance requests, delivering essential medical care to patients and ensuring safe transport to medical facilities or back home.

Job Types Offered:

Full-time Schedules Preferred & Part-Time Hours Available

Work Schedule:
  • 12 shifts available, varying by location
  • Built-in overtime for each bi-weekly pay period, with annual pay increases based on performance reviews ranging from 1-5%
  • Full-time 12-hour shifts include 8 hours of built-in overtime per two-week pay period
  • $10 tips BONUS plan, rewarding $10 for each patient daily, paid out with each paycheck
  • Compensation: EMT-B starting at $21 - $26.23/hour, AEMT and Paramedic rates to be determined

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Adhering to all corporate policies and procedures.
  • Maintaining EMT-B, AEMT, or Paramedic certification as mandated by state regulations and/or NREMT.
  • Keeping a current CPR certification.
  • Holding a valid Driver's License and passing a Motor Vehicle Record check.
  • Ensuring the assigned ambulance is consistently clean and ready for response to non-emergency calls.
  • Responding appropriately to dispatched calls.
  • Providing necessary medical care within the EMT-B, AEMT, or Paramedic scope of practice, following established medical protocols and standing orders.
  • Exhibiting strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with both internal teams and external clients.
  • Completing any additional tasks required to fulfill job duties. Note that shifts and responsibilities may vary.
Required Licenses or Certifications:
  • Valid State and/or NREMT License at EMT-B, AEMT, or Paramedic level.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Valid Driver's License with a safe driving record.

Physical Requirements:
  • Constant verbal communication, both in person and via phone.
  • Close visual acuity for tasks such as patient care, data analysis, and equipment operation.
  • Proficiency in English for speaking and reading.
  • Ability to remain stationary for extended periods (approximately 80% of the time).
  • Frequent typing or writing (approximately 15% of the time).
  • Occasional movement within the office to access files and equipment.
  • Occasional movement within the ambulance to provide patient care and retrieve equipment.
  • Capability to operate office machinery and EMS equipment.
  • Frequent communication with patients, EMS providers, and hospital staff, ensuring accurate information exchange.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and moving patients or equipment.
  • Ability to lift over 200 lbs. with assistance for patient handling.
  • Ability to grasp small items and paperwork.
