Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the execution of all hotel operations, ensuring adherence to SBCOS and brand standards while delivering exceptional service.
  • Act as a pivotal leader, mentoring property General Managers and their teams to align with the organization’s strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Team and General Managers to establish both short-term and long-term goals that support each property's performance metrics.
  • Ensure prudent financial management of assigned hotels, partnering with leadership to create annual budgets that accurately project financial outcomes.
  • Enhance guest satisfaction by upholding product and service quality standards through regular property inspections and compliance with training programs.
  • Foster strong relationships with corporate support departments and ownership representatives to facilitate effective communication.
  • Guide the implementation of sales, revenue management, and marketing initiatives to surpass established RevPAR targets.
  • Conduct thorough analyses of various performance metrics, identifying discrepancies and initiating corrective measures as necessary.
  • Champion adherence to SBCOS Standard Operating Procedures and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws.
  • Safeguard all assigned assets, enforcing life safety programs, PCI Compliance, and OSHA standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of eight (8) years of experience in hotel operations management, specifically within branded hotels.
  • Proven experience managing multiple properties.
  • Exceptional leadership capabilities.
  • Strong financial acumen with extensive P&L experience.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to identify market trends and adapt business strategies accordingly.
