Sales Manager Job Description

At GTN Technical Staffing, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Identify and analyze customer needs to provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to develop sales quotas and strategies.
  • Prepare sales budgets and monitor expenses.
  • Represent the company at sales and marketing events.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Comparable record of sales leadership experience required.
  • Knowledge and existing contacts with Oil and Gas operators and/or OFS companies.
  • At least three years of oil and gas sales experience required.

Benefits:

  • Hybrid schedule; Tue-Thu in office, Mon & Fri work from home.
  • 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Mon-Fri.
