As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a customer-driven hotel with a member-keeping vision that inspires our associates to excel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the quality process to ensure customer satisfaction by consistent delivery of both product quality and service in accordance with hotel's profitability goals.
  • Supervise department managers in the efficient operation of their respective areas, including interviewing, hiring, and counseling.
  • Develop and delegate improvement plans for operations and review performance of the management team.
  • Recommend performance evaluations, resolve problems, and provide open communication and approve discipline and all terminations.
  • Participate in community affairs and maintain a positive public image for Crescent and the hotel.
  • Meet with potential and current clients and promote the hotel.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with staff, corporate office, and owners.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Full-Service Hotel General Manager is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Food & Beverage is required.
  • Lifestyle brand experience is highly desired.
  • Marriott experience is highly desired.
  • Working knowledge of financial/accounting procedures is required.
