Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies, focusing on clinical recruitment to meet hiring demands in a timely manner.

• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for clinical recruitment and vendor management, providing regular reports and insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Build and lead a high-performing talent acquisition team, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to drive successful clinical recruitment initiatives and vendor management processes while growing our team and developing future leaders.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive employer branding strategy to attract and retain top talent in the healthcare industry.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of employer branding initiatives with overall business objectives.
• Lead employer brand campaigns across multiple business lines and channels, including social media, career fairs, and industry events.
• Manage employer brand budget and resources effectively to achieve desired outcomes.
• Monitor and analyze employer brand metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
Requirements for the Role:
• 10 years of experience working in Talent Acquisition in a healthcare environment required.
• 5 years of experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or related field, preferably within the healthcare industry.
• Experience using Workday, MS Office (particularly PowerPoint and Excel) and Google Suite.
• Strong data analytics with experience leveraging trends to forecast hiring demands in specific geographic regions or departments.
We take into account an individual's qualifications, skillset, and experience in determining final salary. This role is eligible for health insurance, life insurance, retirement benefits, participation in the company's equity program, paid time off, including vacation and sick leave. The expected salary range for this position is: $150,000 – $195,000. Cityblock values diversity as a core tenet of the work we do and the populations we serve.
