At Braze, we're on a mission to ignite passion and drive growth through our employer brand. We're seeking a talented Employer Brand Specialist to join our team and help us showcase our unique culture and values to the world.

This role will be responsible for developing and executing our employer brand strategy across paid, owned, and earned channels. You'll work closely with our Talent Acquisition, Marketing, Communications, and Social Impact teams to create compelling content and campaigns that attract top-tier talent and showcase our Employer Value Proposition (EVP).

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a content strategy that showcases our EVP across channels and touchpoints
  • Ideate and produce compelling content and campaigns to consistently and effectively showcase #BrazeLife and our one-of-a-kind culture
  • Lead our global workplace awards strategy, including communications, surveys, announcements, and earned media
  • Manage and/or support recruitment marketing events and sponsorships, both in-person and virtual
  • Research new opportunities, talent markets, and partnerships to grow our employer brand awareness and consideration
  • Monitor and analyze performance against KPIs to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions

Requirements:

  • Experience in employer branding, marketing, content, and/or communications; BA/BS degree preferred but not required
  • Strong storytelling, creative, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills that foster long-term relationships and facilitate work cross-functionally
  • The ability to manage and organize multiple demanding tasks with accuracy and prioritize competing projects
  • The flexibility to work with teams and peers across different time zones
  • The ability to travel globally, when required
