Role Summary:
As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will serve as the initial point of contact for our customers, embodying the ZLINE brand through exceptional service. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about customer satisfaction and eager to grow within a vibrant company. This role transcends traditional customer service; it involves problem-solving and building lasting relationships with our clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers through various communication channels including phone, email, and live chat.
- Provide detailed product information to assist customers in making informed decisions.
- Support customers during the installation process with guidance and troubleshooting.
- Conduct thorough training on our products and systems.
- Collaborate with colleagues to devise effective solutions for customer inquiries.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
- Proficient in using Mac OS and familiar with Google Suite applications.
- Experience with CRM platforms is advantageous.
- Ability to maintain composure and empathy in challenging situations.
- Commitment to continuous learning about our evolving product offerings.
