About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Intern to join our team at Kemin. As a Business Intern, you will have the opportunity to work on a summer project that will have a direct impact on our day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Spearhead a Summer Project: You will be responsible for leading a summer project that will leave a lasting impact on our organization.
  • Assist with Various Tasks: You will assist with various tasks within your team, including participating in department meetings and contributing ideas regularly.
  • Liaison with Other Departments: You will liaison with other departments regarding work and initiatives.
  • Identify Process Improvements: You will identify process improvements and create standard work.
  • Participate in Kemin Summer Internship Program Events: You will participate in the Kemin Summer Internship Program events and trainings.
  • Prepare and Give a Final Presentation: You will prepare and give a final presentation to Kemin Industries leadership.
Qualifications
  • Education: Currently enrolled as a freshman, sophomore, junior, or senior with an accredited college or university, pursuing a degree in Business.
  • Commitment: Ability to commit to 10-12 weeks of full-time employment during the months of May-August.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Passion: A high level of passion for your field of study.
