Job Overview
As a seasoned Business Development Director Healthcare, you will be responsible for driving growth and expansion within Minneapolis-based large Healthcare firms. You will shape new business opportunities and large deals for the healthcare vertical in the US Central region. To succeed in this role, you will need to understand the Healthcare industry and associated business and technological trends.
Key Responsibilities
• Proactive-demand generation through Consultative Selling for assigned logos
• Grow and expand presence within Minneapolis-based large Healthcare firms
• Shape new business opportunities and large deals for healthcare vertical in US Central
• Understand Healthcare Industry and associated business and technological trends
• Bring together ecosystem to structure innovation-led partnerships with new clients
• Establish cross-functional CXO relationships and generate overall momentum for the identified accounts
• Provide thought leadership to deal pursuit and Client interactions
• Achieve growth targets, originate deals, acquire new logos, expand footprint within assigned existing clients
• Bring positive and scaled impact to our client's business through portfolio of services and solutions
Requirements
• Min 12-15 years of overall selling experience with majority experience in Healthcare vertical
• Preferably should have worked in a leading IT services/consulting firm with experience in collaborating across global teams
• Direct industry experience of working in Healthcare companies is desirable
