Rental Sales Executive

About the Role:
- Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive rental sales of light to medium-duty trucks from PTR's fleet, with a focus on achieving opportunity-based sales goals.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identify new business opportunities, and expand current customer accounts.
- Product Knowledge and Expertise: Maintain deep knowledge and understanding of each product line offered by PTR, emphasizing features and benefits to clients.
- Market Analysis and Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes, informing business decisions.
- Sales Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track and deliver on sales targets, analyze sales performance metrics, and adjust strategies as needed to meet or exceed sales goals.
Requirements:
- 5+ Years of Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in territory management, regional account management, or outside sales roles, with multi-state experience preferred.
- Strong Sales Reporting and Technical Aptitude: Ability to convert prospects into closed sales via advanced sales strategy skillset, with strong PC skills and an early adopter of technology.
- Collaboration and Communication Skills: Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with personnel from all aspects of the business unit, and strong communication and presentation skills.
- Travel Requirements: Minimum 50% travel requirement within the assigned territory, including overnight stays and occasional weekend work, to meet with clients, attend industry events, and conduct on-site assessments and presentations.
