About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and organized individual to fill the position of Seasonal Receptionist at Platform Accounting Group LLC. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet clients in a professional and personable manner, answer and direct incoming calls and emails.
  • Organize, scan, file, and send documents to project software and web portals, assemble Tax Returns.
  • Easily learn and adapt to new technology and multiple systems, create and track projects within computer systems.
  • Perform data entry assignments into a variety of software systems, execute detailed procedures for each step of our projects and processes.

Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

Requirements:
  • Professional office experience of 1 year or more, proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
