Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Sciolex Corporation. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our Field Office, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and be able to obtain a Public Trust/Suitability Clearance under the Department of Homeland Security from the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services. Additionally, they must be able to read and understand proficiently in English and possess the ability to lift and carry up to 45 lbs. or more in a physical environment.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $55,000-$65,000 based on national averages and industry standards. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid time off and holidays.

In this role, you will be responsible for retrieving and bundling government-requested files and staging them for government personnel. You will also re-shelve files returned by government personnel, connect incoming correspondence to shelved files, and perform tasks related to preparing for and conducting naturalization ceremonies. Other duties may include scanning large multi-page documents and providing support for the processing of forms and applications used in the adjudication process.
