Position Overview: This role is dedicated to managing high-volume, full-cycle recruitment and various HR functions to support our Operations Executives in filling hourly positions. The responsibilities include overseeing the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, which encompasses creating job advertisements, sourcing candidates actively and passively, conducting screenings, interviews, pre-employment checks, scheduling interviews, ensuring compliance, extending job offers, and following up post-hire.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless process from requisition to onboarding.
- Utilize effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent across multiple disciplines.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates to enhance the recruitment experience.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office, HRIS software, and ATS systems.
- Exhibit strong communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
- Collaborate effectively with various teams within the organization while also working independently.
- Maintain knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
- Ensure confidentiality in all human resource activities.
- Possess a solid understanding of payroll practices.
- Create a welcoming and positive experience for all new hires.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience is required.
- Previous experience in culinary and hospitality management, as well as hourly recruitment, is essential.
