Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless process from requisition to onboarding.
  • Utilize effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent across multiple disciplines.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates to enhance the recruitment experience.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office, HRIS software, and ATS systems.
  • Exhibit strong communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
  • Collaborate effectively with various teams within the organization while also working independently.
  • Maintain knowledge of employment laws and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience is required.
  • Previous experience in culinary and hospitality management, as well as hourly recruitment, is essential.
