Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled Exercise Specialist II to lead and manage exercise program planning, supervision, and counseling for individuals with cardiovascular disease. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in exercise physiology and experience in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direction and supervision to clients during exercise sessions
  • Meet the educational needs of clients and the community through fitness programs and workshops
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient exercise environment
  • Contribute to the development of staff and students through training and mentorship
  • Assist with program development and enhancement
  • Display knowledge of fitness assessment techniques and exercise prescription
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Exercise Physiology or a related field (preferred)
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a fitness-related position
  • BLS certification within 14 days of hire date
  • Intermediate computer literacy skills (preferred)
