Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at Addison Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing the employee experience, managing payroll administration, and overseeing leave of absence programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll Administration: Ensure accurate reporting, audit for discrepancies, and maintain compliance with relevant regulations.
- Employee Engagement: Direct employee survey processes, action planning, and engagement strategies.
- HRMS Systems Administration: Oversee data integrity within the HRMS, manage secure file transfers, and audit data accuracy.
- Leave of Absence Administration: Manage confidential leave records, ensure compliance with legal requirements, and educate employees.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a minimum of 3 years of experience supporting or administering benefits, LOA's, or Payroll.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources or equivalent experience.
- MUST have Payroll experience.
- Working understanding of best practices related to employment law, payroll (wage & hour) and benefit compliance.
