CONMED Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Human Resources to lead and manage the people strategy as a key member of the business unit and human resources leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities- Design, build, and execute strategic talent objectives that drive exceptional business performance.
- Embed a performance management culture within the business area to drive business improvement.
- Develop key learning programs that drive best demonstrated practices in performance management processes.
- Partner to develop and drive aggressive talent acquisition programs.
- Act as the performance improvement driver and provoke positive changes in people management.
- BA/BS in related field.
- 8+ years of related experience, including HR, performance coaching, and talent development, and management experience.
