Job Summary
Mile High United Way seeks a Senior Director of Human Resources and Organizational Development to lead organization-wide HR strategic initiatives. This role provides critical leadership in developing and implementing workforce planning, talent management, diversity, equity and inclusion, training and development, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, rewards and recognition, organization development, change management, and regulatory compliance strategies.
