Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience, and maintaining a well-organized and visually appealing store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide prompt and courteous service to customers, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Store Operations: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and adhering to company standards for visual merchandising and store recovery.
  • Cash Handling: Accurately process transactions, handle customer payments, and maintain a high level of cash handling accuracy.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals, maintain a positive store atmosphere, and support store initiatives.
  • Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced retail environment, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.
  • Retail Experience: Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and team members.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, move throughout the store, and lift up to 25 pounds.
