POSITION SUMMARY

Oportun is currently on the lookout for skilled candidates with backgrounds in Customer Service, Retail, Sales, or Hospitality to fill Full-Time positions. Our Customer Loyalty Representatives are dedicated to crafting an exceptional and distinctive customer service experience, driven by a passion for listening, assisting, and connecting with individuals. As a vital member of our organization, you will bring Oportun's mission to life by informing our customers about our inclusive and affordable financial services that enable them to build a brighter future.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Greet customers warmly and deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Efficiently process all transactions while adhering to company policies and safeguarding customer information.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve and surpass daily lending goals.
  • Participate in community outreach and marketing initiatives, including distributing informational materials and educating the public.
  • Perform light housekeeping duties, such as daily trash collection, showroom cleaning, and maintaining a tidy environment.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
  • Outgoing personality with a passion for sales.
  • Genuine desire to assist customers.
  • Availability to work weekends and flexibility with a rotating schedule based on operational needs.

The base hourly rate for this full-time position is $20.50.

Our hourly rates are determined by role, location, and experience. The displayed hourly range reflects the minimum and maximum rates for new hires in this position, specific to the job location.
