Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of retail sales representatives to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase market share
- Collaborate with district sales managers to achieve business objectives and improve sales performance
- Conduct sales training and coaching to ensure team members have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, customer service, and employee relations
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience, with a proven track record of success
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
