Assistant Store Manager

As an Assistant Store Manager at Sierra, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, developing a high-performing team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. If you are a results-driven leader with a passion for retail, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Store Manager in leading a high-volume store location, focusing on Merchandising, Operations, Customer Service, and Human Resources.
- Develop and implement creative plans to increase store sales and drive business growth.
- Hire, train, supervise, and mentor a team of Associates to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Oversee and monitor loss prevention and operational programs to maintain a safe and secure shopping environment.
- Ensure every customer has a positive shopping experience by providing exceptional service and resolving any issues promptly.
- Manage the daily activity of the sales floor, backroom, front end, and cash office to ensure seamless operations.
- Two (2) years' of retail leadership experience as an Assistant or Store Manager.
- Excellent interpersonal, strong communication, and follow-through skills.
- Proven ability to manage, develop, and motivate a large team.
- Previous volume responsibility of $5 million or more.

This is a bonus and overtime eligible position with a starting pay range of $ to $ per hour, which equates to approximately $57, to $74, annually. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
