Position Overview:

Title:
Residential Site Supervisor (RSS)

SUMMARY:

The Residential Services Outcomes Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the Residential Director in managing the adult Residential Services program. This includes providing assistance to individuals across various settings such as assisted living facilities, supervised apartments, and independent living arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and internal policies regarding service provision.
- Assist the Residential Director in program planning, budget oversight, staff recruitment, training, and supervision.
- Manage the individual intake process and the implementation of Personal Services Plans (PSPs).
- In the absence of the Residential Director, assume their responsibilities.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Social or Behavioral Sciences, Education, Rehabilitation, Business/Health Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of three years of management experience.
- At least three years of supervisory experience in a residential program for individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
- Two years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Must meet agency insurance criteria for operating agency and personal vehicles for agency business (21 years old and licensed for three years).
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills to engage with all levels of the organization and foster team collaboration.
- Capable of working independently while effectively coordinating tasks to achieve project goals creatively and timely.
- Deep understanding and commitment to providing individualized and least restrictive support for individuals.
- Proficient in direct care activities, monitoring the physical, emotional, and health needs of individuals receiving support.
- Familiarity with residential services, applicable policies, and individualized service planning.
- Strong writing skills and proficiency in computer applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, and electronic medical records.
- Availability for flexible hours, including on-call duties during evenings and weekends.
- Reliable transportation is required.

Immunization Requirements:

- Annual PPD Test

Working Conditions:

Sedentary Work:

Involves exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. Primarily involves sitting, with walking and standing required only occasionally.

Involves exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.

Physical Activities:

- Lifting: Raising objects from a lower to a higher position or moving objects horizontally.
- Talking: Communicating ideas through spoken words, requiring clear and accurate expression.
- Driving: Meeting minimum standards required by state law (including a valid license).
- Repetitive Motions: Involves substantial movements of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
