Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning: Create project plans, risk management strategies, and communication plans to ensure successful project execution.

  • Vendor Liaison: Manage vendor relationships, deliverables, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Executive Reporting: Provide regular updates to executive leadership on project progress, risks, and issues.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on hybrid/agile environments.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and experience with Jira, MS Office, and SAP.
  • Certifications: PMP certification and experience with executive status reporting.
