Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Commercial Forecasting, Oncology to join our team. As a key member of our Commercial Data & Analytics organization, you will be responsible for leading the forecasting efforts for several assets and diseases within the US business unit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement advanced forecasting methodologies to drive commercial success and shape future strategies for our in-market assets.
  • Lead a team of dedicated individuals in forecasting efforts, providing technical guidance and mentorship to ensure the highest level of performance.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders from Commercial, R&D, Medical, Finance, Manufacturing, Access, and Pricing/Contracting to establish clear, transparent, and rigorous sales expectations for the portfolio assets.
  • Analyze competitors and market dynamics to inform forecasting models and strategic decisions.
  • Develop an objective point of view of portfolio strategy by integrating insights across multiple products, functions, and capability areas.
Requirements
  • Doctorate degree and 4 years of forecasting experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years of managerial experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience leading teams, projects, programs, or directing the allocation of resources.
  • Leadership experience in building and developing successful teams, ability to quickly establish credibility with and influence SVP/VP level staff, and alignment of teams to best practices and championing new innovative methodologies and tools.
