Job Description

At Xplor Inc, we're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive II to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
  • Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
  • Monitor market conditions and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of direct software sales experience
  • 3+ years of industry experience (nice to have)
  • Experience selling business management and/or other solution-based offerings
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to generate leads, nurture, and convert new business

What We Offer:
