Account Executive II

At Xplor Inc, we're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive II to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
- Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
- Monitor market conditions and competitor activity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth
Requirements:
- 4+ years of direct software sales experience
- 3+ years of industry experience (nice to have)
- Experience selling business management and/or other solution-based offerings
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to generate leads, nurture, and convert new business
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary range: $65,000-$73,000
