">About the Role
">We are seeking an experienced sales leader with a proven track record of managing high-performing teams and delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in the medical device space, with a strong understanding of the industry trends, challenges, and opportunities.
">The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, participating in strategic account planning, and collaborating with marketing and other departments to drive business growth. You will also be responsible for analyzing and improving current processes, assessing staff performance, and delivering monthly/quarterly/yearly sales projections.
">Responsibilities
">- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand business in current customer accounts
- Participate in strategic account planning to identify new business opportunities and develop plans to pursue them
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to develop effective strategies and tactics to drive business growth
- Analyze and improve current processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Assess staff performance and provide coaching and development opportunities to ensure team members are meeting their goals
- Deliver monthly/quarterly/yearly sales projections to senior leadership
- Use Salesforce CRM to manage customer relationships, track sales activity, and analyze sales data
- Monitor customer, market, and competitor activity and provide feedback to senior leadership
- Work closely with the marketing function to establish successful support, channel, and partner programs
- Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities
Requirements
">- Experience in the medical device industry, with a strong understanding of the industry trends, challenges, and opportunities
- Proven track record of managing high-performing sales teams and delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand business in current customer accounts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze and improve current processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proficient use of Salesforce CRM and other sales tools and technologies
