About the Role
The Regional Sales Director will lead a team of sales representatives across Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, and Ohio. This role involves overseeing budgets, analyzing sales data, and collaborating closely with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee a team of 8-10 sales representatives
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies
- Build relationships across departments, including training, marketing, and sales operations
- Maintain a deep understanding of the menopause market dynamics
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 7+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience with at least 3 years in sales management
- Proven track record of sales success and leading sales teams in high-accountability environments
- Women's health experience preferred
- Previous experience in corporate-office or field-based roles (e.g., key accounts, training, sales operations, and marketing) a plus
What We Offer
A competitive salary range of $145,000 - $180,000 per year, making this an attractive opportunity for experienced sales professionals.
