Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule Deliveries: Plan and coordinate the delivery of our products to customers, taking into account capacity and business conditions.
  • Record and Track Deliveries: Accurately record and track deliveries, including missed and re-delivery problems.
  • Manage Delivery Manifests: Submit completed delivery manifests and stop records by deadline for contractor settlement purposes.
  • Communicate with Customers: Communicate professionally with internal and external customers, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Assist with Customer Pickups: Assist customers with pickups, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Participate in Quality Assurance: Participate in inbound and outbound quality assurance processes to ensure high-quality service.
  • Operate Warehouse Equipment: Operate and maintain order pickers and warehouse equipment, as well as other specialized equipment to move and distribute freight.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience: 1+ years of related experience required.
  • Skills: Microsoft Office Products, POS system, basic knowledge of city and outlying areas, general warehouse operations, and knowledge of Powered Industrial Trucks.
Working Conditions

This role requires working in a warehouse environment, with frequent sitting, standing, walking, talking, hearing, and usage of hands and fingers. The ability to lift or move up to 100 pounds is also required.
