The Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for overseeing front desk operations to ensure exceptional guest service and maintain high quality and sustainability standards at The Plaza Hotel Pioneer Park.
Key Responsibilities:
- Associate Management: Interview, train, and support associates to uphold brand and hotel standards.
- Guest Relations: Resolve guest concerns effectively and work towards improving guest satisfaction scores.
- Front Office Operations: Oversee front office operations in absence of higher management, handle bookkeeping tasks, and manage reservations.
- Marketing and Promotion: Promote marketing programs and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain cleanliness and appearance of public areas and follow safety guidelines and sustainability practices.
Requirements:
- Education: Preferred: Associates or Bachelors degree.
- Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience.
Working Environment:
- Flexible Schedule: Flexible work schedule including shifts, holidays, and weekends.
- Physical Requirements: Physical requirements such as standing for extended periods, lifting up to 25 pounds, bending, and reaching.
