Job Overview

The Sales Growth Specialist will be responsible for driving revenue growth by securing new client appointments and building a sales pipeline through ongoing prospecting. The ideal candidate will have experience in business-to-business outside sales, with a focus on new account generation.

Compensation: $63,335 - $79,169 annually, plus uncapped monthly commission with on-target earnings of $100,000-$120,000 annually.

This role requires a strong consultative selling approach, with the ability to influence decision-makers at all levels of an organization. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce is also required.
