Pest Control Sales Representative

Key ResponsibilitiesThe primary purpose of this position is to sell Ehrlich's Residential Pest Management Services and Products to new and existing residential customers, while maintaining exceptional customer service standards. This includes assessing customers' needs through thorough needs analysis, using expert knowledge of our products and services to identify tailored solutions. Based on assessment findings, you will sell pest control solutions for residential customers, collaborating with our customer service center, Inside Sales department, and technicians to drive business growth.

Our competitive compensation package includes a base pay range of $31,200-$43,700/year, plus opportunities for overtime, incentive, and commission pay. RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, prefer an Associate's or Technical degree, and have at least one year of sales or pest technician experience. You should also be an effective verbal communicator with strong customer-facing skills and presentation abilities. A valid driver's license is required, and you must be willing to travel up to 100% of the time within assigned territory(s).
