Position Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Structural Engineer, PE to join our dynamic and expanding engineering firm specializing in both residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Structural Engineer of record for various building design initiatives.
- Ensure quality assurance and provide final approval on calculations and design plans.
- Conduct thorough feasibility assessments.
- Support business development, client relations, and proposal efforts.
- Supervise project teams and engineering personnel, with a focus on mentoring junior engineers.

Qualifications:
- Proven expertise in structural design for new and existing buildings.
- In-depth understanding of building codes and standards applicable to diverse materials and components.
- Proficient in structural design software (e.g., STAAD, RISA); familiarity with Revit is advantageous.
- A Bachelor's degree and a Professional Engineer (PE) license in New Hampshire are mandatory.
- Additional PE licenses in northeastern states are beneficial.
- A minimum of ten years of relevant experience in building structural design, analysis, and renovation is essential.

Compensation:
- Competitive salary along with an exceptional benefits package, including relocation assistance for candidates from within the Continental United States. While the majority of work will be conducted in the office, there is flexibility for hybrid arrangements. Candidates must have authorization to work in the United States without any form of sponsorship.
