Director of Business Development

Knewsales Group is seeking a seasoned professional to drive business growth and expansion across the USA. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building relationships with current customers, partners, and vendors, and evaluating existing partnerships and sales efforts to optimize growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to expand our presence in the USA
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors
  • Evaluate existing partnerships and sales efforts to identify areas for improvement and optimize growth
  • Research and pursue new business opportunities and lead them through the sales cycle
  • Oversee current growth project results and make recommendations for improvements
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of business development management experience
  • Proven ability to scale business successfully
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques, including cold calls
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Background in direct sales
  • Background with Non-Profit organizations
  • Ability and willingness to travel across multiple states and locations
  • Experience making sales projections and forecasting revenue
  • Experience with CRM software
  • Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
