Director of Business Development

Runwise is seeking a seasoned Director of Business Development to drive growth in the Tri-State Area. This individual will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key building owners and property managers, working closely with our quota-carrying Account Executives to expand our footprint.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a business development strategy to drive growth in the Tri-State Area
- Build and maintain relationships with key building owners and property managers
- Collaborate with Account Executives to identify new sales opportunities and leverage relationships to increase win rates and deal speed
- Lead networking efforts, including identifying and attending industry events, and tracking results
- 10+ years of experience in the New York property management/ building ownership industry
- Deep network of contacts within the industry, specifically in New York City and in Multifamily
- Outstanding networking skills and ability to thrive in face-to-face events
- Ability to distill complex concepts into simple, value-based terms
- On-target earnings of $200,000 - $250,000 (uncapped commission) based on experience level
