Position Overview

Customer Care Associate - Providence Home Services

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM with occasional weekend shifts

Role Summary:

The Customer Care Associate serves as the primary point of contact for a diverse range of clients, healthcare providers, and medical professionals to streamline the procurement and distribution of home medical equipment (HME) products and services. This role involves educating clients about a comprehensive selection of HME offerings and providing essential technical assistance as required. The Associate is tasked with recommending suitable, cost-effective HME solutions tailored to meet the homecare, mobility, diagnostic, and respiratory needs of clients.

Qualifications Required:

  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience; 2 years preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
  • Medical Terminology and Medical Coding certification upon hire
  • 1 year of experience in a patient-facing healthcare setting or in insurance registration or billing.
