Key Responsibilities

Your Role

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for greeting guests at retail locations, providing product information, processing transactions through a Point of Sale system, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service. Previous retail experience is preferred, and maintaining a reliable attendance record is essential.

Work Schedule

This is an event-driven environment; you must be available to work varied shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends, in relation to scheduled events.

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with colleagues, management, and guests in a professional manner.
  • Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Capability to work in close quarters with others.
  • Physical ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift.
  • Ability to lift and transport items weighing up to 30 lbs.
  • Frequent reaching, lifting, bending, and cleaning to maintain service areas.
