Senior Account Manager/Sales Professional

TalentBridge is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by generating new business opportunities and managing relationships with existing clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective business strategies to attract new market clients and expand business opportunities within existing clients.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key decision makers within the target accounts to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the recruiting team to deliver high-quality talent to our clients.
- Leverage market and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and client needs to align the services of the company with client objectives.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge about the staffing industry, trends, and market conditions.
- Remain current on rapidly changing technology field and how it applies to the customer's business.
- Attend industry events and conferences to generate new business leads and stay updated on industry trends.
- All-expense paid travel is required to meet strategic prospects in person.

- Bachelor's Degree in business, professional services, or related field is required.
- Proven track record in sales, business development, and winning new business within the staffing industry required.
- Strong network within the local market ecosystem.
- Demonstrable knowledge of the staffing industry, market trends, and MSP models.
- Proficient in CRM software (such as Salesforce or Hubspot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel as needed.
