Job Title: Senior National Account Manager

Barcel USA is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior National Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a team of National Account Managers and Sales Analysts, building relationships with corporate level Category Managers, and leading the team to meet and exceed aggressive sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of National Account Managers and Sales Analysts to achieve sales targets and grow Barcel USA's In-Store presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate level Category Managers and other key customer contacts.
  • Develop and execute Value Channel specific initiatives in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Own the P&L and Trade Spend responsibility for the Value Channel.
  • Lead the Joint Business Planning process with the Value Channel Commercial Team and key Customers.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in a CPG environment, with a strong understanding of the Value Channel.
  • Proven track record of delivering results and increasing responsibility.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence and persuade.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in data tools that measure and track business performance, with the ability to analyze and interpret data to inform business decisions.
