Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Specialist to join our team in the Western US region. As a Sales Specialist, you will support our Regional Director of Sales, Regional Director of Operations, and Community Executive Directors in achieving greater community occupancy and sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive census growth and meet sales productivity expectations.
  • Manage lead databases, analyze trends, and develop strategies to convert inquiries into appointments and tours.
  • Understand and communicate the key services and amenities offered at our communities, including levels of care and programs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to inquiries and conducting quality tours with prospects and families.
  • Collaborate with community teams to ensure a positive first impression for prospects and to drive sales growth.
  • Attend daily stand-ups, inform community teams of daily appointments, events, and advertising, and complete daily sales reports.
  • Provide weekly and monthly data and forecasts as requested by ED, Regional team, or home office.
  • Conduct tours, luncheons, or other strategies with prospective clients and groups.
  • Follow up with inquiry calls and work sales activities and process for the entire buying cycle.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Relations/Communications, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least three years' experience in multi-community/regional sales manager role with supervisory experience.
