Job Summary:

This role is responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships, managing loan portfolios, and promoting the Bank's image to drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain business relationships by profiling and understanding customer needs, selling products and services, and resolving issues in a professional manner.
  • Manage loan portfolios by conducting sound credit analysis, monitoring loan performance, and providing excellent customer service.
  • Analyze credit worthiness by determining the soundness of loans, understanding customer financial conditions, and ensuring compliance with Bank policies and regulations.
  • Promote the Bank's image by participating in community development activities and service organizations to establish a favorable image and generate new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain a personal program for staying up-to-date on business development, lending, and banking matters to ensure high levels of performance.

Requirements:

  • BA or BS degree
  • 3+ years of experience in commercial or business banking
  • Excellent project management, communication, and customer service skills
  • Ability to use MS Office software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
