Position Overview
Are you passionate about supporting the world’s finest Navy? Do you take pride in your contributions? We are currently seeking a dedicated Project Management Analyst to join our Portfolio and Resource Management unit within the Naval Reactors Facility (NRF) Program Management department. The responsibilities of the Project Management Analyst include:

  • Assisting in the formulation and execution of analytical models and tools,
  • Gathering and evaluating data to uncover trends, patterns, and areas for enhancement,
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze data for strategic initiatives,
  • Preparing performance metrics for portfolios and delivering reports, visualizations, and insights to stakeholders, and
  • Providing critical insights to facilitate informed decision-making processes.

The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator with a strong focus on detail and problem-solving, thriving in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a relevant field; or
- Master’s degree from an accredited institution in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on accuracy
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Degree in a pertinent field such as Business, Computer Science, Statistics, or Finance.

Pay Range
The annual salary range for this position is $50,000 to $76,200. Salary information is a general guideline and is based on candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

The Naval Nuclear Laboratory is operated for the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) by Fluor Marine Propulsion, LLC (FMP), a wholly owned subsidiary of Fluor Corporation.
